Two-factor authentication is an extra layer of security for your Bittrex Global account. It is designed to ensure that you are the only person who can access your account, even if someone might know your password.

With the two-factor authentication, your account can only be accessed from the devices you trust, like your smartphone or your personal computer. When you want to sign in to your Bittrex Global account, you will need to provide two pieces of information — your password and the six-digit verification code that’s automatically displayed in your authentication app
